Brandelyn Hankins, M.S., LPC
Brandelyn is a licensed holistic psychotherapist, certified meditation and yoga teacher with specific training in trauma-informed practice based out of Pennsylvania.
She specializes in working with millennial women and BIPOC - two groups she identifies with and deeply cares about. Brandelyn addresses physical and mental health and wellness utilizing somatic-based therapy.
Her desire to uplift and support others goes back to when she was a pre-teen and enhanced around 20 years old. Brandelyn always knew she wanted to help others and pursue a career and lifestyle in doing so.
Today, Brandelyn is taking her knowledge, experience and passion to bridge mental health and the physical for the BIPOC community.

Ashley Holmes, M.S.
Ashley received her master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College. Ashley's goal as a therapist is to help identify your struggles and process them with you at your own pace.
Her experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, big life shifts, and grief and loss. Ashley makes it a priority to make her clients feel seen and supported by creating a safe space. Ashley's approach to therapy involves focusing on not only the individual, but their environment, and other outside influences that may be impacting their behaviors and thought processes.
In sessions, she likes to also incorporate other therapeutic interventions through art, music, mindfulness, and body scans. Ashley believes that therapy can be a source of healing, if you are open to let it be.

Meghan Nally, M.A
Meghan is an art psychotherapist and received her Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy Counseling at Hofstra University. Meghan is currently in supervision working towards her clinical licensures, LPC and ATR-BC. Meghan is also a certified Usui Reiki Master, with a holistically grounded therapeutic approach to empowering individuals in realizing their own inner power and ability to heal.
As an art therapist, Meghan’s clients have the option to engage in art-making as an additional tool for self-expression, while also connecting to deeper parts of the Self for the utmost healing. No artistic experience is needed! Art therapy focuses on the creative process of making art, and less on the product! Meghan incorporates art in session to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, at the pace of the client!
Meghan’s experience includes working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, individuals who are in a time of transition, self-esteem related issues, addiction, and acute psychiatric disorders.
Meghan believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship, a judgement-free space, freedom of self-expression, and connecting the mind, body, and spirit for a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy. Meghan uses mindfulness-based practices in conjunction with clinical verbal and art therapy approaches to meet each client where they are currently at in their unique lives, in hopes to overcome obstacles standing in the way of healing and growth.
Meghan also offers traditional talk therapy, rooted in somatic healing, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration.

Grace Li, M.S., PLPC, CTRS, RYT-200
Grace is a therapist and certified trauma informed yoga teacher that is here to support you as you grow into your most vibrant and authentic self. She hopes to empower you on your healing journey as you gain insight into how environment, thought, and relationship patterns have influenced you.
Though she is interested in all things human, her areas of focus include: trauma, intergenerational trauma, young adults, second/third generation immigrants, and anyone seeking to invite more spirituality and abundance into their lives.
Grace’s approach is trauma informed and through a multicultural lens. Her eclectic style is influenced by psychodynamic theory, somatic therapy, CBT/DBT, and holistic philosophies. She prioritizes the therapeutic relationship— one full of honesty, trust, collaboration, and safety. She brings humor, gentleness, warmth, curiosity, directness, and non-judgement to session, hoping to cultivate a safe space for your emotions. She enjoys using yoga, art, books, mindfulness, and body/somatic work.
Grace is currently in supervision working towards her LPC. She received her Clinical Counseling and Psychology degree, with a concentration in trauma, from Chestnut Hill College.
