therapists who want to strengthen their clinical identity and decision-making
therapists who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or challenged by specific client situations
therapists aiming to grow confidence in their clinical style and professional presence
Are you a therapist who’s tired of feeling alone in your work, second-guessing every decision, or just carrying the weight of other people’s trauma without a break?
I offer supervision that’s grounded, practical, and somatically informed. We’ll tackle case work, clinical decision-making, countertransference, and how to stay steady in your body while doing this heavy work. No fluff. No pretending everything’s perfect. Just honest reflection, tough questions, and tools to help you do your work without burning out or losing yourself.
Sessions are tailored to what you need—whether that’s thinking through sticky cases, integrating mind-body approaches, navigating ethical dilemmas, or just getting your confidence back. My goal is simple: you leave supervision feeling clear, supported, and fully capable of showing up as the therapist you want to be.

Brandelyn believes supervision should feel supportive but honest, reflective but practical, and aligned with the realities of modern clinical work. She values professional integrity, clear boundaries, and helping clinicians trust their own clinical judgment while remaining accountable to ethical standards.
Supervision with Brandelyn is appropriate for clinicians who want a supervisor who understands both the clinical and human demands of this work.
