clinical supervision works for

  • therapists who want support integrating trauma-informed and somatically oriented approaches into your work

  • eager therapists seeking reflective space to discuss complex clinical cases

  • therapists who are navigating ethical, scope, or boundary questions

  • therapists who want to strengthen their clinical identity and decision-making

  • therapists who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or challenged by specific client situations

  • therapists aiming to grow confidence in their clinical style and professional presence

Are you a therapist who’s tired of feeling alone in your work, second-guessing every decision, or just carrying the weight of other people’s trauma without a break?

I offer supervision that’s grounded, practical, and somatically informed. We’ll tackle case work, clinical decision-making, countertransference, and how to stay steady in your body while doing this heavy work. No fluff. No pretending everything’s perfect. Just honest reflection, tough questions, and tools to help you do your work without burning out or losing yourself.

Sessions are tailored to what you need—whether that’s thinking through sticky cases, integrating mind-body approaches, navigating ethical dilemmas, or just getting your confidence back. My goal is simple: you leave supervision feeling clear, supported, and fully capable of showing up as the therapist you want to be.

Brandelyn Hankins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Mind, Body and Soul Counseling, a group practice dedicated to holistic, evidence-informed mental health care. She brings a multidisciplinary background that bridges traditional clinical practice, clinician education, and mind–body approaches to wellness.

Brandelyn is trained in trauma-informed care, behavioral science, and nervous system–informed clinical work. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and is certified in Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM), with experience serving as a Teaching Assistant within the TCYM certification program. This role has allowed her to support clinicians-in-training through reflection, application of theory, and ethical integration of mind–body awareness into clinical work.

Her professional experience includes:

  • Owning and leading a holistic mental health group practice

  • Providing individual and group therapy across diverse settings

  • Supporting clinicians through education, training, and reflective practice

  • Integrating behavioral science and somatic awareness into sustainable care models

In supervision, Brandelyn draws from her experience as a clinician, educator, and practice owner to support therapists in developing clinical clarity, ethical confidence, and long-term sustainability. Her approach is grounded, thoughtful, and structured—offering space for depth without overwhelm.

Brandelyn believes supervision should feel supportive but honest, reflective but practical, and aligned with the realities of modern clinical work. She values professional integrity, clear boundaries, and helping clinicians trust their own clinical judgment while remaining accountable to ethical standards.

Supervision with Brandelyn is appropriate for clinicians who want a supervisor who understands both the clinical and human demands of this work.
